Important

Panchakarma and Spa treatments are available ONLY for women of all age and kids (boys upto 12 years and girls upto 18 years). However OPD / Consultation and Ayurveda products are available for all.

Appointment

Appointment can be made online on our website or by calling us directly. We request you to make your appointment well in advance.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Starting your service on time allows you full relaxing experience you deserve. All treatments will end on time. With respect to other clients we may not offer an extension of scheduled services for late arrivals

Cancellation

Your treatment is reserved exclusively for you. We therefore kindly request you to notify us 24 hours in advance in case you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Payment options

We accept cash, chaques, all major credit cards and debit cards. Full payment towards the treatment will have to be made in advance. There will be a 100INR charge for all returned chaques. Prices and treatments are subject to change without prior notice.

Cell Phones and Valuables

To maintain an atmosphere of tranquility, please turn off your cell phone ( or activate airplane mode) and any other communication device.

We request you to take care of your valuables like mobile phones, cash, ornaments etc. Clinic management or administration will not be responsible for any losses.

Children

Parents and guardians must accompany kids and teens under the age of 18. We ask for your assistance in ensuring that they respect the quiet, relaxing environment of our clinic.

Amenities & Disposables

Slippers and disposables will be provided. You may undress to your level of comfort for your Panchakarma or Spa treatment. Changing room / wash room is available.

We provide Shower after certain treatments. We always use fresh and clean linen and disposables for every panchakarma and spa treatment. A 500ML bottled drinking water will also be provided. Additional water (RO) will also be provided if desired.

Health Related information

Please be sure to inform our Doctor / therapist if you have any medical condition such as High Blood pressure, if you are pregnant, or if you have any condition your therapist needs to know.

We highly recommend to avoid eating a heavy meal before or after your spa treatment, as it will diminish the results of your treatment. We encourage you to drink lots of fresh water.

Once in the Clinic, we recommend to keep your Mobile phone in silent / airplane mode & refrain from talking on the mobile phone whilst in the Spa.

Panchakarma and Spa Service

Please be reminded that we provide spa and panchakarma treatments to ladies and kids only.
However OPD and Ayurveda products are available for all.

Any kind of inappropriate/sexual remarks, gestures or misbehavior towards any therapist may result in appropriate legal action.

Aditya Clinic reserves the right to admission or to refuse any service to any client anytime.
