Sarvang Abhyangam (Ayurvedic Massage Therapy)

This is a full body therapeutic massage with warm-oil used to balance and relax the body, mind and spirit. The oil application procedure is designed to stimulate circulation, help with body and mind detoxification, prevent premature aging, and alleviate pain. Abhayanga promotes the blood circulation, treats various disorders and gives a glossy and soft appearance to the skin, improves colour and strength of the body and protect against the vitiation and aggravation of vata and kapha doshas. It also induces sound sleep and creates general sense of well being.

Sarvang Swedanam (Ayurvedic Steam Therapy)

This is a type of sudation process in Ayurveda. Here steam is generated by boiling the Fresh herbs in water and sweating is induced by that steam. It clears all the channels of body. It improves peripheral circulation by vasodilatation This controls the blood pressure. The medicines used in steam are helpful in relieving pain, reducing pain and swelling. It also reduces the weight by dissolving the fat under the skin.

Sarvang Udvartanam (Ayurvedic full body scrub)

This is a special type of massage in Ayurveda in which coarse powder is massaged over the body. This is the only massage which help in reducing obesity, blood sugar level. It controls the diabetes. It impart mobility to joints, strengthens muscle and refreshes the body.

Vaman (Ayurveda Therapy for Kapha Disorder)

Vaman is used to eliminate the excess Kapha dosha from the body . Vaman also helps to control certain Pitta disorder i.e problems related to digesition. With the help of Ayurvedic Panchkarma, kapha in the body is brought in the stomach by using various pre-panchakaram treatment like Snehan & Swedan. It is helpful in various skin diseases, swelling, asthama, loss of apetite, indigestion, malaise, bleeding piles, excess eaching & mainly cough pre-dominant diseases.

Virechanam (Ayurveda Therapy for Acidity or Pitta Disorder)

‘Virechanam’ is defined as the medicated purification therapy, which cleanses the Pitta and purifies blood, by clearing the toxins from the body. The treatment concentrates on the toxins that are accumulated in the liver and gall bladder. The gastro-intestinal tract is also cleansed by Virechanam therapy. As a result, the person’s appetite increases, body strength enhances and the person becomes active and buoyant. Thus Virechanam also functions as an excellent rejuvenative treatment.

Basti (Ayurvedic Enema Therapy)

Medicated oil with a decoction of herbs is given as an enema to clean the colon and restore the muscle tone. Basti is one of the most powerful of all the main five procedures of Panchakarma.

Nasya (Ayurvedic Therapy for Nostril)

Sinus rejuvenation that nourishes and lubricates the nasal passages with warm medicated oils specific to client’s constitution. This ancient therapy purifies and cleanses the nasal passages and is used to reduce allergies, headaches, shoulder and neck tension.

Kati Basti (Ayurvedic Therapy for lower back)

Kati basti is a medicinal oil treatment for relieving tensions of the lower back. The patient lays down on their stomach, a ring is fixed on their back with a paste made of a special flour and water. The therapist poors very warm oil inside the circle, this sesame-based oil relieve all tensions and will penetrate deep into Ashti dhathu (the bone tissues).

Janu Basti (Ayurvedic treatment for knee joint)

Among all the remedies available for acute or chronic knee pain, Janu Vasti (Janu Basti) is the most popular Ayurvedic therapy. It gives a magical relief from the pain and stiffness associated with knee pain. In many cases Janu Vasti provides a long standing relief. Hrid Basti (Heart Care & Support)

Hrid Basti involves placing Ayurvedic oils over your heart area to help nourish, strengthen, balance heart functions, and rejuvenate the heart. Warm, herbal oil or ghee is left on your chest for up to 30 minutes. This is also an effective therapy for asthma and other respiratory problems.

Greeva / Spondylosis Basti (For Neck Pain / Cervical Spondylosis)

GrivaBasti is the procedure in which medicated oils are poured and pooled for a fixed duration of time in a compartment or a cabin constructed over the neck or nape of the neck (back side of the neck). This Basti is indicated in pain full condition of cervical region like, cervical spondylitis, spondylolysthesis, disc prolapse, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis etc.

Mukhalepanam (Ayurvedic Facial)

Application of an exotic, customized herbal paste on the face. Mukhalepam is a simple Ayurvedic skin care therapy which includes applying freshly prepared facial creams and massaging them onto the face. The herbal combination is chosen after assessing the skin type of the person and the specific requirements.

Shiro Abhyangam (Ayurvedic Head Massage)

Ayurvedic head massage focuses on the shoulders, neck, face and head, the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension. The head massage induces a state of calm, peace and tranquility and promotes high levels of alertness and concentration.

Shirodhara

Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic therapy. Warm oil (or other liquid) pours in a continuous stream over the forehead or ‘ajna marma’, an area where nerves are highly concentrated. The pressure of the oil onto the forehead creates a vibration. The oil saturates the forehead and scalp and penetrates into the nervous system.

The gentle pressure and soothing warmth of the oil allow the body, mind and nervous system to experience a deep state of rest, similar to meditation.

Shirodhara is traditionally done as part of the Panchakarma cleansing process using specially prepared shirodhara oil. It is also safe and effective as a stand-alone therapy.

Shirodhara is a great treatment for a compromised nervous system. Shirodhara can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress, fatigue and hypertension. It relieves tension, worry, fear and headache as well as depression. It regulates mood and gives feelings of pleasure and relaxation.

Padabhyanga (Ayurvedic Foot Massage)

It is a traditional Ayurvedic massage of the feet. Feet are very important part in our body, as many nerves from many organs terminate in the feet. So massage helps to strengthen these nerves and restores health to many parts of the body.
